All quotations are provided based on the information available at the time, including measurements, photos or site visits.

3. Supply & Installation
We offer both supply and fit, and installation-only services.

If customers supply materials, we are not responsible for defects or suitability

4. Subfloor & Preparation
Proper subfloor preparation is essential for a quality finish.

Additional preparation work may be required once existing flooring is removed

Any extra work will be quoted and agreed before proceeding

We are not responsible for issues caused by underlying structural problems
5. Access & Site Conditions
Customers must ensure the work area is ready for installation.

Delays caused by access issues may result in additional charges
6. Installation Times
Installation times are estimates and may vary depending on site conditions and preparation requirements.

We provide services across London, Essex and Hertfordshire. Work outside these areas may be considered upon request.
